Undertake a skills assessment

You want to take stock of the skills you have acquired and developed throughout your career, pinpoint your current motivation and specific assets in order to update your career plan.

How can I be sure that the consultant will set me on the right track?

You will build up your own career plan that will be realistic yet motivating. You undertake your own analysis and draw your own conclusions. The consultant accompanies you but does not make decisions for you

What actually happens in practice?

The process consists in eight to twelve individual conversations over two or three months, prepared by personal thought. We can also do tests (professional preferences, personality, aspirations).

New-position or integration coaching

New-position or integration coaching is designed for managers arriving in a new company or integrating a new function. It helps them find their marks, clarify and assimilate the company project before taking up position in their new situation.

Benefits for people undergoing coaching:

adapting to a change in situation with a positive attitude

opening up new perspectives
undertaking concrete actions to advance the company project
developing win-win relations within the company
  facing day-to-day situations with detachment

Manage and communicate

Take new responsibilities
Business re-engineering, reorganisation, promotion, all situations that force you to change your habits, creating a need to redefine your position.

For people who have just been promoted, what is the best time to take part in one of these training courses?
When they encounter difficulties in operating, in the priorities they have set themselves, or their relations with their managers or other colleagues.

Communicate in your professional context
You are a technical or administrative manager, an engineer, computer engineer, quality officer, you have technical expertise and have to communicate with contacts with different attitudes and from different backgrounds.

Communicate in a technical environment
How can I get my technicians to shed their technical bias?
By guiding them so that they can construct and get over messages adapted to the people on the receiving end.

Carry out occasional training sessions
But it's not my job to train people, I'm a technician!
Seize this opportunity, and practice getting your message over when teaching, it's a good start to management!

I should be surprised if a teacher masters the techniques I use; what will actually happen?
When you are creating your scenario, the teacher will help you to prepare your module. You explanations will be clearer, with the guarantee brought by structured work

Become a company tutor
Do your managers have to deal with new recruits, employees starting new activities, young apprentices or young workers on sandwich courses (training involving a work experience component)?
We can give them made-to-measure training that will help them with the various elements in the tutor/tutoree relationship: welcome, communication, active listening, know-how transfer, empowerment, follow-up, taking into account each individual's experience and what they are encountering in the company.

Lead effective meetings
What can this training bring me that a book on chairing meetings can't?
Read the book to acquire the basic skills, and then work with us to put them into practice.

Practise public speaking
I'm very shy, will I be able to speak in front of an audience?
The training is as much for helping you to overcome your nerves, as to acquire the tools for structuring what you want to say.

Prepare for professional interviews
Your managers have to conduct interviews during which objectives are set. This also involves taking stock of a situation at a given point in time, and lead assessment interviews. How can we make sure that these interviews are a moment for dialogue giving rise to positive undertakings?

Isn't a good question grid all that is required for conducting an effective professional interview?

A good grid is a basic tool, but you have to optimise your preparation, creating conditions that will make interviews a success, encourage interviewees to express themselves and set pertinent objectives.

Master analysis and problem solving tools
To make you operational immediately, our experience confirms that a simple, methodical approach guarantees success

Is it advisable for us to involve people from different levels in such training?
Yes, and it will be even more successful if you do, because in a work group each individual has to make a contribution.

Successful recruitment

You want to ensure a good balance between the company, the candidate, the post and the way it develops.

Are you involved in recruitment for all types of post? In what kinds of professional environment?

Do you work in other regions of France, abroad?
